Company Profile

The company has branches in Carmarthen and Swansea and provides quality building services to South and West Wales.

Mark Foreman is the proprietor and has been involved within the construction industry for all of his working life. Initially training in civil engineering, he is also qualified in brick laying and site management, which, together with his vast experience, has allowed him to establish a successful small building company.

He currently holds a Gold Standard' Building Site Supervisor Construction Skills Certificate. Also Construction Site Managers Safety Certificate, Scaffolding Safety Inspection Certificate & Temporary Works Co-ordination.

All work undertaken complies with all the latest regulations and appropriate certificates will be provided on completion for inclusion in your "home owners service pack".

Service

After your initial contact, we will provide a site visit followed up with a free fixed quotation within 7 days.

If successful in tendering for the works we will provide a commencement date, an online programme of works (an example of which can be seen here) and a break down of payment structure.

Upon commencing the works we will keep you well informed of progress and costs.

Upon completion we will remove all spoil and leave the site clean and tidy.
